Details of the User access and Admin security controls:
Client Login:
- If not Current then cannot gain access
- Username and Password must be correct
- If no Collection assigned then cannot gain access.
- If a Portfolio of Items is available this will also be displayed.
Admin control:
- Users can be switched either Current or Not Current (tick box)
- Username and Password controlled by Admin
- Collections can only be assigned via Admin login (Collections are also managed centrally under Global Options)
- Complete control over creating Portfolios and who can access (User must still be Current and assigned a Collection)
